Returns policy
At Indyvarna we follow a simple and hassle-free Cancellation, Return & Exchange policy
- If you wish to cancel an order, please raise a cancellation request by writing an email to connect@indyvarna.com, before the order is shipped.
- If you have received a damaged/ wrong product, please send an email to connect@indyvarna.com, the replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Eligible products can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days after the delivery date. Please raise your return or exchange request to email connect@indyvarna.com.
- All Return & exchange items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failing to do so the items will be rejected during quality check and shipped back to the customer.
- Once the return request is approved, refund will take 4-7 days to reflect into your original mode of payment.
- For all returns, pick up would be arranged from the shipping address.
- For International shipping, we do not accept Return or Exchange.

Shipping policy
- We Offer Free Delivery on all our products within India.
- Most of the orders will be shipped in 2-3 working days. Once shipped it may take up to 3-7 working days for delivery.
- For some unique products, the shipping time may take up to 21 days.
- Please look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
- Please note: The colour of the images on the website can slightly vary due to the product shoots done under professional lighting.
- Because some of the products are handmade, the product might have a variation from the image displayed on the website.
- Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, please send us a mail at connect@indyvarna.in within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, we’ll send tracking details to your given contact details.
