What is Indyvarna?

Indyvarna is a modern Indo-western womenswear brand rooted in Indian weaves and crafted for a global silhouette.
Our philosophy is simple — Transform Through Style. Rediscover YOU.

We design sustainable, breathable clothing using premium eco-conscious fabrics that flatter Indian body types and support all-day comfort. Incubated at IIM Bangalore – NSRCEL and part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Program, Indyvarna celebrates women’s confidence through thoughtful design, silhouettes, and craftsmanship.

Who is behind Indyvarna?

Indyvarna is co-founded by:

Shilpa Belavadi – Image Consultant & Co-founder

An internationally certified Image Consultant, Personal Branding Coach, Soft Skills Trainer, and Leadership Coach.
ith more than 16+ years of experience across corporate roles, entrepreneurship, training, and personal transformation coaching, Shilpa brings a deep understanding of how appearance, comfort, and confidence shape a woman’s daily life.
Her expertise forms the foundation of Indyvarna’s design philosophy — clothing that empowers.

Satish Belavadi – Co-founder

Satish comes with rich experience in operations, strategy, and managing multi-unit businesses. His strong operational foundation, process-driven approach, and leadership in scaling retail formats ensures Indyvarna’s stores, supply chain, and customer experience operate smoothly and efficiently. Together, Shilpa & Satish combine creative vision + operational excellence to build Indyvarna.

Can I request custom sizing or alterations?

No, we currently do not offer custom designing or custom alterations.

What sizes does Indyvarna offer?

Our collections are available from XS to XXL.

How do I know my size?

We follow a regular Indian size chart, which is easy to understand.

I am based outside India but want to ship within India. Is it possible?

Yes, absolutely. You can place an order from anywhere and ship it to an address within India.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can - but only if the order has not been shipped yet. Please email us at connect@indyvarna.com within 4 hours of placing your order.

How do I return or exchange a product?

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags & packaging.
  • Items that don’t pass the quality check will be shipped back to the customer.
  • Once approved, refunds take 4–7 working days to reflect in your original mode of payment.

What are the shipping & delivery charges?

We offer Free Shipping across India.

No additional hidden charges.

How can I track my order?

  • Most orders ship within 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the location.
  • Some unique/handmade products may take up to 21 days - details will be mentioned on the product page.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered mobile/email.

Can I book an order to more than one address?

Yes, but each address will require a separate order.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on most products.

What is the delivery time for an order?

Typically 5–10 days from the date of order, depending on your location and product type.

How can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation before the order is shipped.

I have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product. What should I do?

Please email us at connect@indyvarna.com with images of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve it at the earliest.

How long until I get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after the return is approved and received back at our facility.
