At Indyvarna we follow a simple and hassle-free Cancellation, Return & Exchange policy
- If you wish to cancel an order, please raise a cancellation request by writing an email to connect@indyvarna.com, before the order is shipped.
- If you have received a damaged/ wrong product, please send an email to connect@indyvarna.com, the replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Eligible products can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days after the delivery date. Please raise your return or exchange request to email connect@indyvarna.com
- All Return & exchange items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failing to do so the items will be rejected during quality check and shipped back to the customer.
- Once the return request is approved, refund will take 4-7 days to reflect into your original mode of payment
- For all returns, pick up would be arranged from the shipping address
- For International shipping, we do not accept Return or Exchange
